BAYWEAR FREE BUCS TICKET GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

1. Eligibility:
Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older. Void where prohibited.
Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of BayWear Apparel (“Sponsor”) are not eligible.

2. Sponsor:
BayWear Apparel, Tampa, Florida.

3. Entry Period:
Giveaway begins upon posting and ends on December 22, 2025 at 12:00 PM EST.

4. How to Enter:
Entry is completely FREE. To enter, participants must sign up using the official
BayWear entry form and must follow BayWear on social media to qualify.
Limit one (1) entry per person.

5. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive:
• Two (2) Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Carolina Panthers game tickets (200 Level)
• Game Date: Sunday, December 21, 2025
• Kickoff Time: 1:00 PM ET
• Includes one (1) parking pass
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Depends on market pricing.
Transportation, food, and additional expenses are not included.

6. Winner Selection:
Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on December 22, 2025.
The winner will be contacted via the information provided and must respond within
24 hours. If the selected winner does not respond, a new winner may be chosen.

7. Odds:
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity:
By entering, participants grant BayWear Apparel the right to use their name,
city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation,
unless prohibited by law.

9. Release:
By participating, entrants release BayWear Apparel from all liability associated
with the giveaway, entry process, and prize use.

10. Not Endorsed:
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with
the NFL or the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

11. Agreement:
Participation in the giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to
these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.
